Working Principle

CT-C series Hot Air Circulation vegetable dryer machine is equipped with axial flow fan of low noise and high temperature resistant and automatic temperature control system.The whole circulatory system is fully enclosed, which makes the dryer oven thermal efficiency up to 35%-70%.The hot air cycled inside the box, which has the advantages of high thermal efficiency and energy conservation.Using enhanced ventilation and adjustable air separating boards. lt can make materialsdried uniformly. The heat source can be steam. heat conductive oil, electricity,hot water or hot-blast stove etc.

How does our dryer work?
1. Take heat from the external environment (air) and pass it to the drying oven through the compressor.
2. The heat is circulated and flowed through the working of the compressor in the drying box, and the heat of the recovered material is used to realize the secondary recycling of heat.
3. After the process of hot-air dewatering or condensed water removal the moisture in materials vents, and finally realizes the continuous dry of materials
